How we handle the information you share with us — in plain language.
When you contact Med Help USA — through our website, Facebook page, Messenger, Instagram, email, or phone — we collect only what you give us:
Website analytics: our site uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which helps us understand — in aggregate — how visitors found us. It does not identify you personally to us. You can opt out of LinkedIn's tracking in your LinkedIn account settings.
If our Facebook app interacts with you (for example, sending you a guide you asked about in a comment), it processes only the information needed for that interaction.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with marketers.
Inquiry and guide-request records are stored in our secured business systems with access limited to our office staff. Our website scripts never store passwords or payment information — we do not take payments online.
Our services are for adults arranging care for family members. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Med Help USA provides non-medical home care services only. We are not medical professionals. Nothing on our website, in our guides, or in our messages is medical advice. In an emergency, call 911. For medical questions, contact your doctor.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
